These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on etskinlab.com (“the Site”), operated by Etheria Skincare Pte Ltd (UEN 202514699K), Singapore (“ET SkinLab”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products
ET SkinLab is a multi-brand retailer of Dnuvo, Nena Skincare and Dr Deep products. Product descriptions, ingredients and claims are taken from each brand’s official information. Trademarks remain with their respective owners. Skincare information on this Site is for education only and is not medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Please patch-test new products and consult a doctor if you have a skin condition.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time; the price charged is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud.
4. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes (for example, the new-customer code ET5OFF) are limited to one use per customer unless stated, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time.
5. Shipping
Delivery terms, fees and timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction.
