This policy applies to orders placed on etskinlab.com, operated by Etheria Skincare Pte Ltd (UEN 202514699K). It does not affect your rights under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
14-day returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
What can be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare can only be returned if it is:
- unopened, unused and with its safety seal intact
- in its original packaging, in the same condition you received it
- accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
What cannot be returned
- Products that have been opened, used or had the seal broken (unless faulty — see below)
- Free gifts and samples
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email marketing@etheria-skincare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we cover the return shipping cost for these items.
How to return an item
- Email marketing@etheria-skincare.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back. Please do not send items to the brand or manufacturer.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send them to:

Singapore 409051 - Keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your refund is complete.
Unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and original delivery fees are not refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, in SGD. Your bank or card provider may take a few working days to show the refund.
