Delivery fees
- Singapore: free standard delivery on orders above SGD 80.
- Singapore orders below SGD 80: local shipping charges apply, from SGD 3.50.
- Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia: coming soon.
Delivery times
- Singapore: 3–5 working days.
- Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia (coming soon): expected 7–14 working days.
- Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Courier
Orders are delivered by our courier partners. The courier and tracking link are included in your shipping confirmation email.
International delivery (coming soon)
International delivery to Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia is coming soon. Once available, delivery fees and options for these countries will be calculated at checkout based on your address. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery issues
If your parcel is late, missing or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at marketing@etheria-skincare.com with your order number and photos (for damaged items). See also our Refund & Returns Policy.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
